Yumi was born in 1983. Since she was a kid, she has been in love with bread, sweets, and chocolates...! Especially she likes Twix :)

She went to a regular elementary school, middle school, and then high school. Although English was her most hated subject in school, when she became 17 years old, she decided to study abroad in the US because she wanted to challenge something new to her.

She came to the US as an international student from Japan in June 2003. She has learned Graphic Design at college and graduated in June 2005 with AAS and Graphic Design degrees.

After spending time with her family in Japan for half year, she came back to the US in January 2007. In her free time, she enjoyes volunteering as a Japanese teacher for children and playing with her 3 cats with her husband. She is also certified as a Bikram Yoga instructor in June 2007. She teaches yoga classes regularly whenever she has time.
